Students earn experience points for participation and achievement throughout the year, which can be redeemed for cash and gift prizes in annual competitions.

Each student is assigned a ‘prefect’ who monitors their progress. After each session, students fill out forms to reflect on what they’ve learned and set goals on how to apply these lessons to their daily lives. Prefects help track these goals to measure personal growth and success.
